Your role?

I listened carefully the recent Interview given by ShahRukh Khan to NDTV.
Though I liked the thoughts of this actor, I felt he should do more than that interview. Not only ShahRukh, I feel many more like him should speak more. They ( High profile Indian Muslims) have an ability to bring pressure on World Muslim community which in turn can force the Pakistan government to root out terrorist outfits in their country.
They have to call a spade a spade and should not mince words. They should show their anger in public and should not shy away. They should not allow these to happen.
It goes with out saying that blasphemous remarks against Islam have prompted violent, even deadly actions by Muslims. One thing I haven't seen, however, is any condemnation of the attacks themselves. The dismissive tone of most of high profile Muslims in press most often, convey the impression that the attacks are understandable. Almost as if the alleged affront to the Koran somehow justifies the death of thousands of people and the wounding of many more.
